Listed herein, as well as any Agreement of Itinerary, Bookings, Room Accommodation Reservations previously agreed upon, or to be agreed upon. I acknowledge that all information herein is complete and accurate. I authorize TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED to collect all payments for all charges relevant to room charges, TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED costs, fees, and taxes, as outlined in this authorization and any other agreements and communications for accommodation reservations, which amounts have been previously agreed upon or are to be agreed upon, to the credit card provided. I further authorize, TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED to charge the credit card provided, multiple times if necessary, to satisfy the entire balance due. I certify that I am the authorized cardholder of the credit card provided. All prices per night are inclusive of taxes and/or hotel surcharges
Changes:
To change your room accommodation reservations or your room bookings email reservations. While there is no guarantee that TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED will be able to accommodate the requested changes, we will take every effort to adjust, change, and seek our customer’s utmost satisfaction. TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED can offer such competitive pricing due to its ability to reserve, hold, and pre-pay for rooms for its clients at the time of reservation. Thus, changes made after final accommodation is agreed upon, but prior to 14 days before check-in will not be assessed a fee. Any reductions due to changes or cancellations will be refunded to the client within 7 days. Changes made after 14 days before check-in will be subject to a 1-night room penalty for each change made, plus any fees, costs, and taxes charged by the hotel. Also, should the entire reservation be canceled you agree to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of 15% of the original total cost of the room accommodation. This cancellation fee reflects the services already performed on your behalf, monies already paid on your behalf, and monies earned for services deemed performed. , TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at any time, at its sole discretion on a case by case basis. , TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED is unable to accept any change requests 72 hours before check-in. The TRAVIGUIDE LIMITED does not provide refunds for early check-outs or no-shows.
Payment Policy:
Customers have to pay only a 1-night deposit per room up front and the rest of the amount will be 2 weeks before check-in dates for flexible reservations.
Non-Refundable Reservation:
Payment is all upfront in case of nonrefundable reservations.
Only hotels with availability remaining in the room block are present. A reservation is not confirmed until you have received an official acknowledgment email.
